STANDARD MANUFACTURING SPECIFICATIONS FOR ALL FRAMES
We have the most state of the art frame jigs in the industry. They
are CNC machined to exact tolerances from steel and billet aluminum
and weigh approximately 800 lbs. a piece. Wrench frames are
designed based on a center line to keep the tire perfectly in the
center of the frame. Each fixture has a center line scribed
into it's surface as well as each back bone that is jigged. These
are lined up with a laser line as the frame is jigged and checked
with the laser before unjigging the frame to check for movement. Each
chassis is welded using the latest TIG welding technology and is
fixtrue cooled over night . Wrench frames also go thru a ten
step digital level process before shipping.
FRAME TUBING: 1 1/2" DOM seamless tubing with a .120" wall
thickness.
BACKBONE TUBING: 1 3/4" DOM seamless tubing with a .120" wall
thickness. Each backbone has a center line scribed into it
to help center the rear tire perfectly in the frame.
DOWNTUBE TUBING: 1 3/4" arched DOM seamless tubing with a .120" wall
thickness.
NECK TUBING: 2 1/2" DOM seamless tubing with a .375" wall
thickness that is CNC machined with integrated fork stops, "clean" fork
cups ready for bearing races and a seventeen digit I.D. number.
MOTOR MOUNT PLATES: 1/2" thick mild steel.
TRANSMISSION PLATE: Structurally integrated 1/2" thick mild
steel CNC machined for proper transmission fitment.
AXLE BLOCKS: CNC machined from solid billet steel with axle covers
and dual "POSILOCK" front and rear axle adjuster bolt holes. Machined
grooves to install your choice of reflectors or dual element led
lighting with hidden wiring.
AXLE: 1" diameter drilled and tapped on each end and oblong
spacers for the ultimate in adjustability.
GUSSETS: The Wrench offers 8 different styles as well as any customers
custom design. We often develop gussets with shop logo's to
help create "market recognition."
RAKE AND STRETCH: There are 5 standard combinations, but any custom
rake or stretch can be accommodated.
