Why The Wrench?

If you're looking for a bobber, chopper, softail, hardtail, prostreet or single sided swing arm then look no further. We also specialize in a wide assortment of accessories which include oil tanks, gas tanks, handle bars, and fenders. At the Wrench we have designed and built the most state of the art frame jigs in the industry. They are CNC machined to exact tolerances from steel and billet aluminum. Our frames are designed based on a center line which helps keep the tire in the center of the frame perfectly. This process is done by scribing the center line into the surface of the back bone that is jigged. The center line is then lined up using a laser line as the frame is being tacked into place. Once our tack welds are in place we then double check the center line with the laser to assure quality. Each chassis is then completely welded using the latest TIG welding technology and is fixture cooled over night. Finally before each frame is ready to ship it goes through a ten step digital level process.
